The world is serious enough. That’s why I do things differently.
I blend creativity, storytelling, live drawing, and a.lot of real practicing into my leadership trainings and coachings—because when we see ideas, feel stories, and experience success, we remember, connect, and lead with purpose.
My howling wolf logo is more than a nod to my name, WOLFF. It stands for presence, trust, and courage. A wolf howls not for drama, but to connect—just like real leaders do. (and yes.. maybe we feel ourselves as leaders sometimes, howling wolfs :-))
After 20+ years in global leadership and now focusing on leadership development, one thing is clear: strategy alone doesn’t move people—story, vision, and connection do.
That’s why I created The Leadership LAB: a space to build real, human-centered leadership skills—especially for those leading from the middle, without formal power.
